About
Station 1ONE
Real Music. Real Stories. Real Life.
Station 1ONE was created for people who believe music is more than background noise. Every song carries a memory, a lesson, a feeling, or a moment in time. The music we love becomes part of our story, and the stories we live often bring us back to the songs that helped define them.
We're not here to chase trends or follow corporate playlists. We're here to share great music, meaningful conversations, and the stories behind both. Whether you're listening from home, on the road, at work, or somewhere in between, you're part of the Station 1ONE community.
This is more than radio.
This is connection.
Music has a way of showing up exactly when we need it.
It gets us through the hard times, celebrates the good ones, and stays with us long after the song ends. A single song can instantly transport us back to a moment, a person, or a chapter of our lives.
Station 1ONE was built on that idea.
It's a place where music, stories, and real life come together. A place where listeners can discover not only great songs, but also the experiences, memories, and meaning behind them.
Every song has a story.
Every story has a song.
That's what we're here to share.
Meet Big D
My name is Daniel, but most people know me as Big D.
I'm a husband, father, grandfather, entrepreneur, traveler, and someone who's experienced more than a few twists and turns along the way.
Like many people, music has been the soundtrack to my life. It's been there during victories and setbacks, celebrations and struggles, and the countless moments in between.
Station 1ONE was created to bring authenticity back to radio. Not corporate broadcasting. Not manufactured personalities. Just one microphone, one listener at a time, and a passion for sharing music that means something.
Whether we're talking about rock, life on the road, personal experiences, current events, or the stories that shape who we are, the goal remains the same:
Create a station that feels real.
Welcome to Station 1ONE.
— Big D
The Mobile Studio
The Road Is The Studio
Unlike traditional radio stations, Station 1ONE isn't tied to a single location.
Our mobile studio allows us to broadcast from wherever the journey leads. From small towns and scenic highways to cities and unexpected destinations across America, every location becomes part of the story.
The road provides more than a backdrop.
It provides perspective.
Every stop has a story.
Every broadcast has a purpose.
Every mile becomes part of the Station 1ONE journey.
What You'll Hear
Music With Meaning
Station 1ONE focuses on music that leaves an impression.
You'll hear heavier rock, powerful ballads, forgotten favorites, deep cuts, and songs that deserve another listen.
More importantly, you'll hear the stories behind the music.
Why it was written.
What inspired it.
Why it still resonates today.
Because great music is about more than sound.
It's about connection.
